The Free Willies are an absolute blast of a wheel at 69mm and 78a and the big brother to the Free Wheel Co. Free Dumbs, they are a super fun controllable wheel that keeps you sliding happy and stoked. These wheels wear fairly quickly on hot pavement but are an absolute joy leaving thick yellow/white thane lines fresh out the package. The initiation into slide is sugary and easy while maintaining the control you want all the way through your skids.

I rode these wheels at Cental Mass and another slide jam, and they were easily able to kick out and lock you back in at speed while have fun during longest slide and also just to blast out checks and 180s while mobbing down the whole hill but also keeping their composure in the hairpins and keeping me well locked in and absolutely stoked. The Willies will grip when you want em to but will kick out no problem whenever you need, while leaving a yummy trail of skids in your tracks.

The Free Willies are consistent all the way to the core and are a buttery clear yellow thane that coats your road and trucks in delicious thane dust. Towards the end of their life the willies seem to kick out easier and like to stay extra buttery and forgiving in slide and will leave you wanting more and more. I'd highly recommend the new clear thane Willies to anyone that asks me about them and plan on picking up another set in the near future.
