Merkaba is the divine light vehicle used by Ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. "Mer" means Light. "Ka" means Spirit. "Ba" means Body.
Word in the temple is that these also help out your Lotus-squats (a.k.a pretzel slide) but you didn't hear that from us.
